By providing service and maintenance to existing but outdated equipment, the customer does not have to make costly investments and we extend the life of equipment to a maximum. We unburden these customers from A to Z. This means that they can use their equipment for years to come.

We provide service on conventional telephone exchanges that are no longer supported by the manufacturer or provider. Spare parts are scarce, as are service technicians with sufficient knowledge of this equipment. At SNEW we still have these spare parts and knowledge.

If even a small part of the existing telephone system equipment broke down, these customers were no longer helped by their supplier.
